We left Junction City today around 11 am to make the trip across the last bit of western Colorado and then on to Southwestern Utah. The stretch along I-70 was very pretty. We got some hard rain in the last 90 minutes of the trip which made for slower going. We took some time to refuel and make a big Walmart stop for groceries since we will be at our next campsite for a week in a smaller town. We rolled into the Panguitch KOA around 6pm and met two neighbors from relatively close to our home- one from Sanford, NC and the other from Asheville, NC. The campground is smaller but does have a good pool which is always a big plus for Thomas and Victoria. They swam until they both got cold and then ate a nice dinner that Lindsay had prepared. We will be exploring all over southwestern Utah the next 6 days and are excited to visit the area!
