We slept well at the rest area- almost too well as we woke up an hour late. Leaving Augusta, we crossed over the GA/SC border and by early afternoon, we rolled into home.
A great trip- here are some quick stats on our 2nd family RV Super Roadtrip:
1) Over 6500 miles travelled (over 4800 in the motorhome and over 1700 in the car after arriving) during the 30 day trip.
2) 5 National Parks, over 10 National Rec Areas or Monuments, a few State Parks, and tons of other!
3) Trip Highlights- Boating for 2 days on Lake Powell, Exploring the Grand Canyon, hiking in the hoodoos at Bryce Canyon, Crossing 14,000 feet to Mount Evans, Colorado, Exploring Zion Canyon, and Colorado Rockies Baseball!
4) 720 straight hours of family time with another lifetime of memories this summer!
